3. Spam and Unsolicited Email

You may not use Petal Host services to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam. This includes:

• Mass emailing without opt-in consent
• Mailing list abuse or poor list hygiene
• Use of open SMTP relays or compromised email accounts

4. Resource Abuse

Excessive or abusive use of system resources on shared environments is not allowed. Examples include:

• Running persistent background processes or scripts
• Excessive CPU, RAM, or disk usage affecting other customers
• Abusing cron jobs, MySQL connections, or email services

5. Security Violations

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to servers or accounts
• Exploiting known vulnerabilities or security holes
• Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious scripts
• Phishing or fake login pages designed to steal information

6. Prohibited Content

The following content types are strictly forbidden on any hosting plan:

• Pirated software, movies, music, or games
• Hacking tools, keyloggers, or exploits
• Illegal pharmaceutical or unlicensed medical content
• Gambling, betting, or adult content unless explicitly permitted

7. Responsibility for User Content

You are responsible for all content uploaded or distributed through your account. This includes websites, emails, databases, and any third-party applications.

8. Reporting Abuse

If you believe any Petal Host service is being used in violation of this AUP, please report it to support@petalhost.com with full details and evidence.

9. Enforcement and Penalties

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Actions may include:

• Warning the account holder
• Suspending or terminating accounts
• Blocking network access
• Cooperating with law enforcement agencies

10. Modifications

We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
